Laid back, clean, and casual atmosphere. There is a great menu selection, with reasonable pricing! Had a frozen mango margarita, mixed with a regular strawberry margarita! So delicious! Hubbys’s draft beer was icy cold! The chicken strips were cooked just right, and were tasty! We Came in on a Thursday night, in December, and it wasn’t busy. Approximately 18-20 TVs around the restaurant, so you can watch your favorite team playing!

My recent trip to Pensacola, Florida, was made even more memorable by a fantastic pre-retirement celebration for a dear friend. We met him at a restaurant that proved to be a delightful surprise. The service was impeccable, attentive without being intrusive, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. But the real star of the show? The burgers. Hands down, some of the best I've ever tasted. My wife, a notoriously discerning burger critic, ordered theirs with a fried egg, and declared it the finest she'd ever encountered. Having grown accustomed to California's exorbitant burger prices (easily 20 or more for a single patty!), we were fully braced for a significant expense. Imagine our pleasant surprise when the entire bill, including two dinners and drinks, came to a mere 30! This incredible value, combined with the exceptional quality of the food and service, makes this establishment a must-visit for locals and tourists alike. I highly recommend making it a part of your Pensacola experience.

We had the nachos and cheese burger quesadilla. Both were delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. There are tons of tvs for games, and the bar was lively with patrons on college game day. Great place to hang out with friends for sports. Food and drinks are great.

Huge bar area with 24 taps of ice cold beer! Enough TVs to catch any event you would want. The food selection is awesome, I got the breakfast burger and tots, def try the grape jelly on the burger, it's amazing.. The music playing was great and not too loud. The bathrooms were also nice and clean. The bartender, Kaia was her name, was super cool and handled the whole bar area like a champion. Very attentive and we never felt like we had to call her over which was VERY nice to basically never have an empty mug! If you're looking to hang out with family and/or friends, this is a great spot to go! Also they have a food challenge with a burger that you can try out so that's also fun. Highly recommend checking this place out, and if you go to the bar, ask if Kaia is there, she's a rockstar!

Love the Peanut Butter Shake and Southwest Egg rolls. Keep meaning to try other things but the egg rolls are too irresistible. The music is a 10 s. Would recommend. Sports bar atmosphere but a great place for the whole family.

I always have an amazing experience when I visit, but today’s visit was particularly special thanks to the incredible budtender with the hot pink hair and glasses. She’s always so friendly and welcoming, but today she truly went above and beyond. Her knowledge and enthusiasm made the whole experience feel personal and memorable. The drinks were absolutely fantastic, as usual – she really knows how to mix them to perfection. Her stunning personality made my day, and I just love coming in knowing I’ll be taken care of. She’s always so great at what she does, and it never goes unnoticed. Highly recommend her service!

EDIT: The owner has reached out and has seen this instance correct. Again, I have eaten here numerous time and have thoroughly enjoyed it each time. I have changed overall rating to 5/5 for prompt, excellent customer service. Let me mention: My family and I love eating at Mugshots, and this review is brought on by a lack of response from an email I sent concerning this issue. I give 4/5 stars for food because although this past visit was a miss, the times we have been in the past have been great. We ordered takeout like we usually do this past weekend and got a severely undercooked burger. Why are we serving ground beef that is less than cooked thoroughly, especially with the current food issues we have these days? Perhaps everything I know about meat temperatures and grilling is incorrect and this is a correctly cooked burger? I am not above any lack of knowledge on my part. The portion eaten is this large because it was dark where we ate combined with the feeling of guilt for paying for something and receiving a less than desirable product. PS I definitely recommend the buffalo chicken salad, just saying
